BizGEM is currently offered as a private beta. The software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn while the product is in beta. We work hard to keep it reliable, but you should not rely on BizGEM for anything critical.
You must be 18 years or older to use BizGEM. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Access during the beta is by invitation and is personal to you; please do not share your login.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, abuse the AI usage limits, or otherwise harm the service or other users.
All lesson content, scenarios, scoring systems, and the Coach Doug persona and voice are the property of Pro Equip AI Ltd or its licensors. Business scenarios within modules are educational dramatisations written for language training; they are not statements of fact about any real company, and all company names and trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners with no affiliation or endorsement implied.
Coaching feedback and scores are generated by artificial intelligence. They are educational guidance about language and delivery, not professional, legal, financial or career advice, and may occasionally be inaccurate.
The private beta is currently free of charge. If and when paid enrolment is introduced, pricing and payment terms will be published clearly before you are asked to pay anything, together with an updated refund policy.
Our handling of your personal data, including voice recordings, is described in the Privacy Policy, which complies with the Brazilian LGPD and UK data protection law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Equip AI Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of a beta product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or affects statutory consumer rights that apply in your country, including under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code where applicable.
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the version and date are shown at the top, and material changes will be flagged in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
